  First of all let me say I love Salvatore's. They have the best authentic real Italian tasting pizza in Halifax. This last time I ordered from them though was quite disappointing. I totally understand that it's the end of December and it's a very busy time of year. When I ordered delivery to the south end I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. At the hour and 45 minute mark I called to see what the status of my pizza was. I was told it was on the way, which was great! My pizza showed up 15 minutes later (2 hour mark) and was cold. A very disappointing experience from such a great pizza place.

  Love the food, always good. Place can be very busy but is always worth the wait. The Coney Island Hero is a must try.

  Pizza was amazing and so was the cheesecake. The wait in restaurant was over 45 minutes for the pizza on an off time with only a few tables around us. The pizza that came was incorrect (we ordered 2 pizzas and got 1 pizza with half of each flavour we ordered). We got the second pizza free to take home. Ordered a flight of 3 beers and one of the three samples was also incorrect. I'm glad we got the one pizza free and the food was amazing but the wait and inaccuracies were not a good experience.

  Had the garlic and mushroom pizza. It was fantastic. Will definitely be returning. Service was quick and the waitresses were friendly. Nice little outdoor patio.

  Was recommended that this is the pizza restaurant to go to in Halifax. It was decent food but great value for your money
