  Wonderful ambience, and excellent service. Definitely a place to go for a steak - as mine was cooked to perfection! Fresh lobster from in-house tank ensured fresh meat which was delicious! However, pasta that we ordered was not worth the price and was disappointing. Overall was a great experience and would recommend others to go!

  OUR STAKES CAME OUT BLUE, yes blue, not well done as we asked for them to be. That alone is enough to kill someone, not to mention the uncooked seafood we also received. We waited 40min for drinks, and by drinks I mean the least filled glasses of wine I have ever seen, 1.5 hours for the table side salad, which tasted horrid, and 2.5 hours for our meals. When our order came out half of it was missing, and when we asked for the rest of it it never came. Our server was non-existent so we would go up to the bar to ask for anything we needed; utensils, cleared dishes, drinks... When we did have a server she was horribly rude, undertrained, and talked about her alcoholic boyfriend and his 3 year old daughter, in front of my children and grandmother. Oh, and not only did she forget to put our order in twice, but she did the exact same thing to her two other tables as well. The restaurant wasn't even busy, it was a Tuesday night so there were less than ten tables, so none of this can be chocked up to a hectic kitchen or an over worked server. WE WASTED THREE HOURS THERE STARVING AND HORRIFIED. Needless to say we will NEVER be returning, so if this review hasn't dissuaded you, we were given a $50 coupon that you are more than welcome to use and go through all this for yourself.
